This package is to insure you are in safe hands and that your event runs smoothly , 

On the day of the event you will have 2 coordinators to dress the venue exactly the way you want and to help set up any last minute things ,deal with surpliers ect,  than our help on the day and at the end to pack up and make sure all equitment is returned to hiring companies ect

all meetings included

2 staff members on the day roughly (6 hrs ) 

we will over look the whole event for you so you can sit back and enjoy your quests and not have to worry about the little things, and that you can guarantee your event is perfection !
